Bosch model HBA20B05050/61: Convection oven [DEFECT]

Hello,

220V. Just replaced this oven. It works just fine, BUT...there is a cold spot in the center. So, if you cook a cake, and place it in the center, the center of the cake will not cook properly. Put it on convection, and your cake will cook. It may must be the upper heating element? Has two trays and a drip pan. Pick up only. Call for more details.
