Spacious 3-bedroom apartment conveniently located on the ground floor with private garden and large patio area. Large additional basement room with daylight window. Fairly new building with only three units in total and high-end fixtures throughout (hardwood floors, kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel fridge/freezer, flat floor walk-in shower, walk-in closet etc).

• Living area: spacious, open large living room with integrated dining area and open kitchen. Modern style in white/wood combination and everything is of high standard (incl. hardwood floors). Very bright (windows reach down to the floor on the sunny south side of the apartment) and equipped with standard entertainment system (TV with satellite – global channels can be received; stereo system; Bluray player) and dining area for 4 persons (can fit up to 6 including guests).
• Master bedroom: carpet flooring throughout and integrated spacious walk-in closet with a small office table (computer can be installed here if the 2nd room is used as children room). The bedroom is equipped with sideboards and bed racks in wood optic. We would equip it with a standard king-size double bed if you wish.
• Child bedroom: hardwood floors and fully equipped with cupboard. On request we can equip it with toddler furniture (toddler bed). The room features also a “top to bottom windows” which can be opened as door to enter the private garden area (for security reasons, this window cannot be opened from the outside by key).
• 3rd room (can be used as 2nd children room or as guest room/office): with hardwood floors. This room is only partially equipped with a sideboard and 1 high cupboards.
• Bathroom: tile floor with flat floor walk-in shower with glass doors, two-seater bath tub and large sink area. All luxury equipment and modern style.
• Hallway: built-in wardrobe
• Storage room: equipped with racks/shelfs
• Restroom: tile floor (no window, but air ventilation system)
• Patio area and garden: big patio area (more than 25m², half of covered by ceiling for rainy days) with stone tiles and about 200m² (approx. 2100 square feet) outdoor garden space. Fenced to all sides and with two apple trees. Has sun from morning until the evening (south-west facing).
• Private basement living room: accessible via hallway. High ceiling, heated room (>40m²) with wood-optic and daylight window. It has a real lockable apartment door (no simple basement door) and is currently equipped with large-screen home cinema system (HD-beamer preparation; already installed Dolby Surround system) and office shelving. Ideal for hobby and home cinema (if equipped with own beamer).
• basement storage room: accessible from private basement room. Area to store e.g. food and beverages, concrete floor, ventilation window (not separately heated)
• bicyle storage: a shared room for the entire building to store bicycles in the basement
• Laundry Room: a shared room for the entire building where you can install your own washing machine and a dryer.
• Garage: Apartment has a private single garage and in front of it an additional outdoor parking spot for an additional car. In the garage some space is available for storage of e.g. a BBQ-grill, lawn mower etc.. Those items can be accessed through a separate door without opening the garage gate or moving the car.
