2x Thule Wingbar 9697.
4x Thule 757 feet. These are the feet that attach the Wingbar cross members to your car's roof rails.
2x Thule ProRide XT, model no. 598004.
I purchased this package in September 2017 from Lenz Anhänger-Center GmbH, Heinkelstrasse 12, 71034 Böblingen. Used once for PCS from Stutttgart to Vicenza. Since then has been moved with HHG from Vicenza to Washington, DC, and back to Stuttgart.
Currently retails for about 750 euro, which is about $750 at today's exchange rate (NOT the exchange rate at Service Credit Union or Community Bank).
