I bought this brand new and shipped it from England for my wife to ride. She didn't like it; it barely rode; I spent 850 pounds on this. My loss is your gain. Spring is around the corner and this is the best grocery getter money can buy. Also, it folds up for space constraints. The right rear tire may have a leak; simple tube replacement.
