The apartment:
We offer you a spacious 1-room apartment with 40 m² of living space, ideal for one or two people. The apartment is fully furnished and offers the following comfort:
Sleeping area: A comfortable double bed (140 cm wide) ensures restful nights.
Living area: Equipped with cupboards, TV and a large work and dining table.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, sink, refrigerator as well as cutlery and pots to meet your cooking needs.
Highlight: The large balcony invites you to enjoy the view and spend relaxing hours outdoors.
Additional amenities:
Washing machine: Free use of the washing machine is available.
Internet: WiFi can be booked on request for a fee.
Pets: Your four-legged friend is also welcome - for a small additional fee.
Cleaning: During your stay, the cleaning of the apartment is in your hands. Only a one-time final cleaning fee of 150 euros is charged, regardless of the length of your stay.
Bed linen and towels: Basic amenities are available, with duvets, pillows and bed linen. Please note: Towels are not provided; you must bring your own.
Your hosts speak English and German and are happy to answer any questions and give recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Public transport:
The nearest bus stop is just 300 metres away. The bus takes you to Untertürkheim train station in 7 minutes. From there you can take the S-Bahn to Stuttgart main station in just 9 minutes.
