Rowenta Vacuum Cleaner AS IS

Four year old vacuum won't power on when plugged in. I suspect it is repairable but I am PCS'ing and do not have the time to be toting it around town in the hope it can be fixed. Cord is fine as is the function to retract it, has all its original parts. Comes with new bags and manual.

Pick up in Vaihingen, must be picked up by morning of October 11th.
