The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, providing you with the option for self-catering. Located on a quiet side street in the center of Stuttgart-Vaihingen, it is close to shopping and public transportation (bus, S-Bahn, light rail). Nearby, you'll find shopping opportunities, doctors, restaurants, and a public swimming pool.
The apartment is less than a mile from Patch Barracks and only 280 meters from a shopping center with all necessary shops. Within a short walk, you can reach the Schwaben Galerie (shopping center), numerous restaurants, and the beautiful city park. The area offers plenty of options to spend your afternoon dining and enjoying drinks on restaurant terraces, and the city park is an ideal place for walking and relaxation. Here, you'll find a small stream, ducks, and benches for resting. Various restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.
