Hi, we are renting out our cozy home in Stuttgart.
The apartment is fully equipped and has a bedroom (180 cm bed), living/dining room with a pull-out couch, a kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, fridge…) , a small bathroom with a tub and a spacious hallway. You will also have a Balcony to unwind on. Due to the division and layout of the apartment, it is not suitable for shared flats, but it is ideal for individuals or couples.
The apartment is in great condition, both families and older people live in the house. We are therefore looking for people who are considerate and careful with their apartment and household.
Neighborhood:
The Killesberg neighbourhood is one of the most highly sought after areas in Stuttgart. It is green and pristine and has lots to offer to families, as well as singles.
Outdoor pool, beautiful jogging routes or walking paths, tennis courts, gym and co are nearby!
The Kräherwald is also nearby. I like going for a run or barbecuing here with friends.
Subway and bus stops (Killesberg) are easy to reach, so you can quickly get to the center.
Various supermarkets, bakeries, etc. are within walking distance.

The rent (consisting of cold rent, additional costs and water advance payment) is 1450 euros per month in total.
