The area is very friendly and safe and has a lot of restaurants in these old historic buildings. Bus stop is on main street (approx. 70 or 250 m) close to the building, 5 minutes walk to U-Bahn (U1,U14. U9, Cable car, Buses, etc). All supermarkets, bakery and shops for the daily needs are only 2 - 5 minute walking distance. Party Area at Tübinger Straße is only 15 minutes walking.
Carpark is in the backyard of the building or in a gated garage nearby.

The house is very bright due to the large windows and it is a historic monument from 1906 with a nice view on the green hills of Stuttgart. Green and quiet location close to the city center of Stuttgart. All shops (bakery, butcher,…) in walking distance (2 - 5 min walk). Lots of restaurants (Italian, german, japanese,…) are nearby. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The building has 5 apartments and is equipped with fastest internet and satellite TV (for AFN you need a receiver from PX). The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, ceran field and cooker hood, big refrigerator. All lights are installed. The estate is located close to the public transport U-Bahn 4 walking minutes away. Staircase and exterior are historic and the apartment is new renovated in a modern style (see pictures). It is located in a 30 KM Speed Zone a away from the main road so that you don´t hear police or fire engines when they drive at night. Forest and garden restaurant is 5 min walking distance, for a walk to the town- and market hall of Stuttgart you need approx, 30 minutes. Car park for two cars is available but costs 235 EU (can be included in cold rent). In the backyard of the building you have a green area to do barbeque or held a party.
