Here we offer you a 2 room apartment. with approx. 40 square meters of living space. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a wall unit, TV, couch and a dining table.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, washing machine. In the kitchen there is a shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.
The guest pays a final cleaning fee of 120 euros. During the stay he cleans the apartment himself.
Pets of any kind and smoking are not allowed.
This apartment was renovated and redesigned in 2017 on the 3rd floor of a building with 6 apartments. Internet (Wlan) can be used for a small fee.
