The current tenants (from Kelley) of this apartment are, unfortunately, required to move out of country due to work. If you are looking for an apartment conveniently located near Kelley barracks and the International School of Stuttgart (ISS) in Degerloch, then look no further. The landlords answered promptly, are are fluent in German and English and are also pet lovers, so your cats and small dogs are welcome here! No dangerous dog breeds please (American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, etc.). All the neighbors in the building have been wonderful as well, very trustworthy and respectful.
This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment located in Birkach, is a 5 minute drive, 30 minute walk or 12 minute bike ride to Kelley Barracks and a 4 minute drive to the International school. 13 minutes to the airfield. The apartment has stunning mountain views and is very bright thanks to its many large windows. The town of Birkach and its many shops, which include a bakery, bank, an excellent seamstress, pack-shops to mail anything you need, salon and many more are just a short walk away.
