What's included
Bed with mattress, wardrobe, dining table and chairs, armchair, desk area, and the full kitchen setup — plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. TV and internet are already set up. Washer and dryer in the building, free to use. The furniture belongs to the apartment and stays.
Cost
€1,200 per month all-in (€1,000 base + €200 utilities). Security deposit €2,000. No additional monthly costs beyond electricity if billed separately — ask me and I'll confirm the exact split.
Location
Neckarstr. 140, Stuttgart-Ost. About 1 minute on foot to the Stöckach light-rail stop, roughly 15 minutes to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and 10 to Bad Cannstatt. Panzer and Patch are reachable by S-Bahn plus bus.

Process
The property management handles the lease and speaks both German and English. They normally ask for ID, proof of income and a SCHUFA credit report.
