It is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ostfildern and is equipped with following:

The sun shines throughout the day and its quiet a nice place to stay.
Some items can also be removed if you dont need them.
But all in all you can just move in and enjoy your stay in Stuttgart.
The appartment is 50sqm large (540sqft).
Kelley Barracks are close by around 20 min
Patch Barracks are close by around 25 to 30 min
Panzer Kaserne is a drive around 40 minutes
The tram station U7 (STOP: Zinsholz) is five to seven walking minutes which will take you in 25 minutes to the Stuttgart Citycenter.
The monthly rent is 1650 EUR.
