The KTM Urban 12 SX combines style and everyday suitability for the city, whether you commute to work or quickly do the shopping. Of course, the low weight of the frame and the rigid fork are helpful. The Urban can also score optsch across the board. Dynamo-powered lighting, robust Schwalbe tires, mudguards and a practical luggage carrier complete the bike.
With 12 gears, the SX Eagle from SRAM has enough bandwidth to not only be on the road on flat tracks. Climbs can also be mastered well with it. The 1-speed gearshift with internally laid trains helps the bike to a tidy look. Braking is done with hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro. These do not attack too violently and can also be easily dosed by beginners. They bring the trekking bike reliably to a standstill, no matter what the weather conditions prevail.
So that you can be safe on the road even in the early morning and late in the evening, dynamo-powered lighting is installed on the bike. The slim front headlight from Busch & Müller provides strong near-field lighting. The bright rear light draws attention to other road users. The hub dynamo on the front wheel moves without noticeable resistance and reliably supplies energy.
The Urban 12 SX is therefore an ideal everyday bike for commuters, shopping trips or the long tour on the weekend with friends.
