The layout is odd- a master bedroom with the shower en suit, and a smaller room that could fit a queen bed. Suitable for a single person, a couple, or a couple with one kid. Washer and dryer inside the apartment available ($500 to take over from previous tenant), full kitchen included. Large storage space in an open attic. Great landlord- very responsive.
