The U Bahn Station "Milchhof" is direclty in front of the housedoor. (You cant hear the trains moving at all)
The appartment is 2024 built & finished.
The only thing you need to addtional is electricity.
Move in possible from June 1st or possibly earlier.

Distance to Robinson 10 to 15 minutes
Distance to Panzer 25 to 30 min
