Hi, we are renting out our cozy home in Stuttgart.
The apartment is fully equipped and has a bedroom (180 cm bed), living/dining room with a pull-out couch and a TV, a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge…) , a small bathroom and a spacious hallway. The highlight is the Garden, which can be used by the household. Due to the division and layout of the apartment, it is not suitable for shared flats, but it is ideal for individuals or couples.
The apartment is in great condition, both families and older people live in the house. We are therefore looking for people who are considerate and careful with their apartment and household.

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood itself, Degerloch, is known for its peaceful atmosphere. Aside from being surrounded by greenery and nature you also have an eclectic mix of local shops, boutiques and outdoor/indoor sports activities.
Degerloch is home to many internationals, as the International school of Stuttgart is located here and many large firms have their offices here. Kelley and Patch barracks are also short car rides away.
Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find yourself surrounded by restaurants featuring a diverse culinary scene offering a wide range of international foods from traditional German and European to Asian and middle eastern.
You can walk through the Degerloch fields while you watch the sunset. Or go for a bike ride to neighbouring towns like Möhringen.
For your grocery needs, Rewe and Edeka supermarkets are also just 5-minutes away. Or go to the Wochenmarkt for fresh and organic produce. There you will also find a cozy cafes and restaurants.
The U-bahn/Subway stop is just around the block as well as multiple bus lines, making it easy to get around Stuttgart with public transportation.
