Items for sale will be negotiated and discussed on a per sale basis. Items listed for FREE are on a first come, first serve policy. First person at my house will get the item.

I believe in reusing items as much as possible and am an avid buyer/seller. I usually cross post so... Get the deal while you can. I don't try to make $$, and am "very reasonable"! Don't like the price, offer a trade or new price or service? I might be interested :)
